STARLIGHT LADY SINGING
It came to me about a year ago
That we might know where rivers flow
So I sat on a stone and called out your name
And from over the sea, your voice it came
The river it is our life, our art
Flow, flow, flow though lives are apart
I want to hear you sing your dream
Come through the dew with your voice to me
Lady, sing your sorrows sing to be glad
Lady sing of starlight, in stars you are clad
The wren has flown, the goshawk flies
Upon their wing your song resides
It is the charm, it is the way
To make our dreams come true today
Come Muse, loose free this veil
Speak from this cloud for all to hear
Your litany, your plain-chant morning Sun-praise
